This year, I forgot who I was. Life pressed me into the shadows. It has been one of the hardest years I’ve ever known — mentally, physically, spiritually. I faced health struggles, long nights with no light in sight, and seasons where I felt I might never rise again. I had to crawl my way out of darkness. With the help of a team of care providers, my angels, family, friends, and the depth of my own being, I have made my way to a new level of being I didn’t think was possible.
